There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by your unit's ATC-SMS administrator. If you need access, ask your administrator or supervisor.
I can't sign in. Check your username and password. If you're still locked out, contact your administrator to reset your access.
I'm not getting notifications. Make sure notifications are allowed for ATC-SMS in your phone's settings, and check your quiet hours and notification preferences in the app. Signing out and back in refreshes your device registration.
My roster looks wrong. Rosters are published by your supervisors. Contact your shift or sector supervisor first.
For technical problems with the app, email support@acc-bucuresti.ro. Include your username, device model and app version, and a short description of the problem.
